High-Precise Measurement of Optical Rotatory Dispersion Based on Weak Value Amplification

چکیده

Chiroptical signals (generally very weak) play significant roles in chiral discrimination that bring great benefits biochemistry, pharmacy, chemical, and so on. But, high-precise chiroptical detection is still a challenge. In this paper, measurement of optical rotatory dispersion (ORD) based on weak value amplification (WVA) presented. We proposed ORD method with parameter separation: by introducing complex coupling strength dimensionless “intensitiy contrast ratio” pointer, the only associated imaginary part while circular dichroism (CD) real part. By designing suitable WVA scheme, CD can be measured separately. experiment, reliability separation for verified, precision reach order $10^{-6}$ rad. This has broad application prospect biomedical sensing, medicine, chemical analysis other fields.
